Fans of martial arts, mark your calendar right now. If you love watching athletes battle it out in a ring, then the One Championship showcase is an event you wouldn’t want to miss. While not much has been released about the event, you can expect a headline match between reigning champion Shinya “Tobikan Judan” Aoki against Singapore’s Christian “The Warrior” Lee. May is also known as the Flower Moon, and is said to have one of the brightest full moons in the year. Travelling natural wine bar Drunken Farmer is celebrating the event with a night of HIIT (high intensity interval training) led by trainer Kelvin Loo of Haus Athletics followed by a yoga sesh by instructor Roxanne Gan. Both these classes costs $32.10 per person each and you can register here. Else, the event is free and open to public and you can even get your energies read by Spa Esprit’s Super Vibrator while unwinding with a glass of natural wine, or two.

The slow movement from his Piano Trio, D. 929, exudes bleak, inevitable loss amidst its inexorable momentum. The programme ends with Dvořák’s infrequently heard Quintet No. 2 for string quartet and double bass, a work full of his melodic trademarks, signifying his burgeoning maturity as one of Czech people’s greatest composers.
