As CEO of Edible Garden City, which champions the grow-your-own food movement in Singapore, Samuell Ang is indeed living his best life.
“I get to do and enjoy farming, something I’ve loved since I was 5. What more can I ask for?” says Samuell, who previously worked as a pharmacist. These past and current experiences certainly influence his approach to eating: “The kitchen is our pharmacy. Eating smart and taking supplements is one way I care for my health. It is an investment I can reap during my golden years.”
Beyond that, he contends, “Farming can serve as a form of horticulture therapy to improve the mental well-being of the community.” Sounds good to us!
Samuell might want to think about asking UFC Refresh Watermelon Water to sponsor him. His endorsement for the drink is whole-hearted. “It’s a great thirst quencher, derived from 100-percent watermelon and with natural ingredients like arginine and citrulline [said to] help promote better circulatory health,” he says.
