Couple and co-founders Jonathan and Katrien began their Singapore-based business as Ethnicraft Online in 2012, before rebranding it Soul & Tables in 2018.
What sets it apart? “All of our designs embody our values of being innovative, authentic, contemporary and eco-friendly,” says the pair who hails from Belgium and have two little ones at home. “Our pieces are meant to last.” Bonus: The furniture is sold online and at its Tan Boon Liat Building showroom, which is open seven days a week.
Today, Soul & Tables boasts an expanded range of products and new brands like The Grey House rugs and outdoor furniture specialist Fermob. “Though our name has changed, our commitment towards customer service remains the same,” promise Katrien and Jonathan.
Their secret to keeping customers happy lies in the convenience in ordering and transparency with pricing – there are no hidden costs. Plus, Soul & Tables offers value-added services such as free delivery and lifetime maintenance warranties. And, who doesn’t like that?
