It’s here! We’re talking the 2017 Singapore Michelin Star list as part of the second edition of the Michelin Guide Singapore.
This year, 38 restaurants were awarded the coveted star, up from 29 last year. The selection is a firm nod to Singapore’s diverse food scene, featuring cuisines from French to Australian to Japanese and even our local hawker fare. Which also puts Singapore on the world map as home to possibly the cheapest Michelin-starred eatery in the world.
Joel Robuchon Restaurant remains the only restaurant in Singapore with the highest accolate of three Michelin stars, while Italian and European restaurants are more strongly represented, with new entrants like Braci, Garibaldi, Meta and more.
Did your favourite restaurant make the cut? Check out the full list of starred restaurants below!
A “*” denotes a newly-minted star.
